2021年1月12日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布公告称，对特定骨水泥及其组成成分和下游产品（Certain Bone Cements, Components Thereof and Product Containing The Same，调查编码：337-TA-1153）作出337调查部分终裁：经过复审，不存在侵犯知识产权的行为，终止本案调查。
